Chad Bull -Principal
Chad has spent many years working with companies to improve their performance either through consultation or direct leadership.
Prior to forming ISBL Chad has held leadership roles in Global Companies, Mid Market listed companies and Start Ups across a wide range of product and service based industries.
From early days starting up local manufacturing plants for overseas based medical devise companies, Chad turned around and reconfigured a number of badly performing business units at a world renowned International Power Systems business.
Subsequently, Chad led the revival in fortunes of a local business, that became the best performing unit in a conglomerate business listed on the NZ stock exchange.
The last few years has seen specific leadership, advice and implementation skills applied to private equity owned, high tech and franchise businesses as well as energy and focus on two start ups, in the design and construction market.
Over these roles, Chad has developed a reputation for high impact, results oriented advice and leadership.
